These seeds are valuable for preventing the onset of heart disease and for rejuvenating blood vessels, as well as protecting against atherosclerosis and stroke.
“Every autumn, my aunt collects in the garden grape seeds and makes juice from them. Firstly she puts them on a cloth and dries them in the sun, stirring them several times a day, then grind them in a coffee grinder and store them in a glass jar with a well-closed cover. She puts a spoonful of powder sprinkled with half a liter of boiling water and leaves it to stand for four to five hours, wrapped in a blanket. She drinks this four or five times a day, one hour before meals. The treatment lasts three weeks and is taken once a year. My aunt says that doing this you protect yourself from heart disease. However, she also stopped the development of her cataract. As she says, she feels much better!”
First I will say that this is a very good recipe, which I highly recommend. Grape seeds, which are usually not eaten, are much more useful than the soft part of the grape. The elixir of them is used in the attenuation of atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, hypertonia, infarction, stroke and many other ailments. However, it is very important to know the whole thing: if you just swallow the seeds they will not have a healing effect. The beneficial substances are best absorbed with grapeseed oil, as well as with tincture.
How to make the grapeseed oil
Wash the seeds and dry them in the oven at 40 to 45 degrees Celsius. Put them into a coffee grinder, pour them in a half-liter jar and sprinkle with refined sunflower oil. Close the jar and leave it in a cold place for a week. Mix occasionally. Then drain it through the gauze and leave it in a closed jar for another two to three days. Then carefully pour in another jar the green oil that has accumulated from above. Take one tablespoon of grapeseed oil once a day. Preventively take it ten days, once a season. In case of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the cardiovascular system, colitis (inflammation of the gut), and atherosclerosis, therapy can be continued for up to one month.
How to make and use the grapeseed tincture
Wash the seeds from a red grape, dry them, and put them into a coffee grinder, and grind them. Then put the ground seeds in half a liter jar, by filling the jar to the half. Pour to the top with vodka, close it well and store it in a dark place for a month, with daily stirring. Drain it and take five drops a day, during eating, then make a five-day break and continue to use tincture until the end of the month, following the same pattern (Five days taking, a five-day break).
Attention
Grapes must be grounded because they are completely useless if you just swallow them.
